平遙古城墻
號稱中國四大古城墻之一,是山西乃至全國歷史最早、規(guī)模最大的縣城磚石城墻之一,被譽(yù)為“華北第一城”。城墻頂上還設(shè)有了望孔、射孔、垛口等御敵設(shè)施,據(jù)說在戰(zhàn)亂年間,古城墻曾經(jīng)為保護(hù)城內(nèi)百姓發(fā)揮過重要作用,令我肅然起敬。城墻上面還擺著鐵炮,拋石機(jī),刀車,云梯和一些武器等,戰(zhàn)旗獵獵,令人想起金戈鐵馬的冷兵器年代的血腥。

赫赫有名的日升昌當(dāng)然要認(rèn)真參觀的了,來之前看了很多有關(guān)晉商的書,所以完全了解了日升昌票號的“江湖地位”。曾經(jīng)有個說法,說平遙在某個時間是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的中心,那日升昌票號可以說是平遙的中心。日升昌作為近代中國最具有影響力的票號,曾經(jīng)創(chuàng)造了無數(shù)的金融奇跡,被譽(yù)為“中國的華爾街”。日升昌的大院是一個典型的山西大院,院子里有一個裝滿水的大水缸,據(jù)說這象征著聚寶盆,因為山西人相信“家里有大海,出門發(fā)大財”的說法。最讓我詫異的是日升昌運作的一些方法,比如什么漢字密碼法,還有身份認(rèn)證,高薪養(yǎng)廉等等,這些方法在當(dāng)時絕對是領(lǐng)先世界水平。
現(xiàn)在的日升昌票號又稱為中國票號博物館,共設(shè)有二十余個展廳,大體上分為史料展示和原貌展示兩部分,從中可以看出中國民族銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展軌跡。今天金融界的同仁到這里,估計會很無顏面對先賢了。

通票上的幾個景點什么長盛蔚、協(xié)同慶、古民居、百川通等等,幾乎都集中在明清街的兩側(cè),在逛明清街的時候,看到門口有檢票的,就走進(jìn)去打孔參觀。推薦來旅游的朋友,可以在早上來這里走走,會有種時間倒轉(zhuǎn)的感覺,很多店鋪都還沒有開門,只有幾個人在街上走著,感覺這時候的古城最純樸最真實。

縣衙
縣衙規(guī)模宏大為全國之冠,分為左中右三路。有大堂,辦公,寢區(qū),庫房,監(jiān)獄,花園等。其器械,刑具,儀仗,服飾,家具,文書等文物保存極為完整。縣衙面積很大,但是給我記憶深刻的是他們的牢房,特別是關(guān)押死刑犯的那間,別的牢房還有門有窗,但是那間卻空無一物,里面完完全全的一個黑屋,很多人都覺得背脊冰涼,毛孔直豎。順便看了縣衙的升堂表演,妙趣橫生,案情曲折離奇,表演者都很賣力,看著看著好象有點體會“自古衙門朝南開,有理無錢莫進(jìn)來”了,有點沉重。
通票里還包括的文廟、當(dāng)鋪博物館、雷履泰故居、城隍廟等等。
吃
山西以面食為主,這一點在平遙感受很深刻。面食不光作主食,也有被烹之為菜的,所以點菜時千萬不能太多。在平遙的兩天時間里,沒讓自己的肚子閑著,本著多嘗少吃的原則,品嘗了許多面食。(需要說明的是,江南地區(qū)的面食非常簡單,并且多是制成品,和北方面食有很大差距)。這次去平遙前,關(guān)于吃,我是做足了功課,基本上都有的放矢,用足了胃的能力。主要推薦兩個品種:
牛肉:
平遙牛肉馳名三晉,特點是色澤紅潤,肉絲紋絡(luò)清晰可見,外觀十分誘人,吃起來則肉質(zhì)鮮嫩,濃香撲鼻,咀嚼不費齒力。除了袋裝平遙牛肉外,平遙街頭的許多店鋪出售散裝牛肉。
碗脫
是平遙最具地方特色的風(fēng)味小吃,主要由白面粉制作,集涼粉與灌腸的優(yōu)點于一身,既有涼粉的清爽利口,又有灌腸的濃烈香味,精而不膩,滑利爽心,是平遙各大小飯店吸引外地游客的招牌菜。我個人認(rèn)為,大排檔上的碗脫更有味道。
碗脫有冷調(diào)、熱炒兩種食用方法。冷調(diào)是切成面條狀放入人后加醋、蒜泥、芝麻、大料水、辣椒末、香油等即可。食用時有一種涼爽、清香、光滑可口的感受。熱炒是將炒瓢內(nèi)入熟豬油,加入蔥蒜后,將切成條狀的碗倒入,加山藥蛋絲或豆芽菜,再加大料水、醬油、醋等調(diào)味品。炒熟后香味四溢,誘人饞涎欲滴。如果有可能,兩種都應(yīng)該嘗嘗,非常有必要。
其他的象長山藥、豆腐腦、莜面栲栳、水煎包、炸油糕這類風(fēng)味小吃,都要嘗試一下。我的感受是,好吃的很多,也不用費腦子記,沒吃過的就拿上來試試,千萬不要早晚小米粥饅頭、中午打鹵面,那就沒趣的緊了。早餐就去大排檔,主要集中在西大街與北大街交匯路口的西北角上,選擇豐富。明清一條街上有許多餐館,都能夠品嘗到平遙當(dāng)?shù)氐奶厣朗,看哪個順眼,進(jìn)去就是了。
莜面烤栳栳
找明碼標(biāo)價的飯館,點幾道山西的特色菜,如烤栳栳(或烤佬佬,這兩個字看到好幾種寫法)、碗禿兒、水煎包、搓魚兒等。著名的牛肉不便宜,想省錢的朋友可以要碗牛肉面嘗嘗。
住宿
山西平遙古城里有很多旅店,冬天建議大家趁淡季價格住上一晚,感受古城的生活,逛累了就回到古色古香的老院子休息。
由于平遙的電瓶旅游車與古城內(nèi)旅店有回扣關(guān)系,所以如果想在古城里住宿也先不要跟司機(jī)說,讓他載到古城的明清街即可。明清街是步行街,車輛不能進(jìn)入,這時候就可以自己去找住宿的地方了。
步行街上有很多前面飯館后面住宿的旅店,像網(wǎng)上有名的天元奎、云錦成、衙門官舍以及平遙的國際青旅鄭家客棧等等。晚上逛夜景也不用擔(dān)心,客棧都會有紅燈籠指引客人回家。
